Welcome to Flamenco Australia’s official ticketing page for Passion, Grace and Fire — a world-class Flamenco recital featuring Marina Tamayo, Paco Lara, Xuanwei Huang and El Chacho.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with this Event Ticket Purchase Policy, our Event Terms and Conditions, and all applicable laws, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
This policy explains how ticket sales, refunds, and cancellations are managed.
2. Ticket Sales and Delivery
- Tickets are available exclusively through Sticky Tickets and any other authorised channels listed on our website www.flamencoaustralia.com
- Tickets purchased through unauthorised resellers or secondary markets may be invalid and are not eligible for entry or refund.
- Upon purchase, your electronic ticket (e-ticket) will be sent to the email address you provide.
- Please double-check all details — including event date, time, venue, and seating — before confirming your order.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
3.1 General Policy
All ticket sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are available only under the limited circumstances described below, consistent with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
3.2 Event Cancellation
If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price, excluding booking or transaction fees (unless otherwise required by law).
3.3 Event Rescheduling
If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date.
If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund following the process in Section 4.
3.4 Change of Artists or Program
The event will feature Marina Tamayo, Paco Lara, Xuanwei Huang and El Chacho. The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the order of performances or program details.
Such changes do not constitute a material alteration or grounds for a refund unless required by law.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you are entitled to a refund:
- Submit a written request within 14 days of the official notice of cancellation, rescheduling, or material alteration.
- Include:
- Your full name
- Ticket confirmation number
- Contact details
- The email address used for the purchase
- Send your request via one of the following official channels:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 20 business days after approval.
Requests received after the 14-day period or through unauthorised channels may not be accepted.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of personal plans, travel issues, or illness.
- Dissatisfaction with the event experience or seating.
- Minor changes to the program or supporting artists.
- Failure to meet venue entry conditions (e.g. age, health, or safety requirements).
- Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets without verified proof of purchase.
6. Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferable only if permitted by Flamenco Australia.
Unauthorised resale, duplication, or commercial reproduction of tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.
7. Event Modifications
Flamenco Australia reserves the right to adjust the program, lineup, or venue due to operational, safety, or legal considerations.
Refunds will only be issued where required by law.
