If you purchased a digital product the download links have been sent to your email.
If you see multiple links, the first link (Part 1) will be the largest file size and the last one will be the smallest.

Note: Some browser email clients may cause problems by playing your product instead of downloading when clicked or even blocking the download depending on your settings.
- You can right click and ‘save link as’ or ‘save target as’ and it should download.
- If it looks like its downloading a file called ‘download.php’ – let it download and rename the file when it’s done.
- Rename it something.mp3 if you bought an audio file; and something.mp4 if you bought a video file.
